Awards
There are several different awards that any member may nominate any member for. Awards are generally split into two types. Annual Awards and Periodic Awards.
Periodic awards are awards that are not set for a designated time period, but rather an act that needs to be recognized regardless of time frame. These acts include Achievement Awards for accomplishing a difficult and/or unusual task, Lifesaving ribbons, and Find ribbons.
Annual Awards are awards given, as their name suggests, annually. Most of these are for a one year time frame, with a couple awards being for lifetime achievements.
